I have an issue with my neighbour’s barking dogs as well (“Dog owner driving neighbours barking mad,” Plainsman October 27).
I have also called law enforcement numerous times, but it seems like they are not taking any stock of this serious offence.
My mom is 83 and we can barely sleep the way our neighbour’s dogs are barking.
When one has a dog everyone wants one, and when it becomes a burden to have, it becomes someone else’s issue.
A puppy does not stay a puppy forever. They grow up and in most cases people barely have enough food to feed themselves let alone for an animal.
