I am so concerned about the delivery people zipping and zooming at speed along the road with their motorcycles … and pedestrians have to dodge these speeding missiles while not one has their headlights on.
The weather is sometimes so murky and the vehicles are mostly a dark colour, which is difficult to see most times.
I have spoken to various law enforcement officers about the headlights but it’s all in vain.
I remember a law that enforced such a headlights law but alas… it’s still “lights out”.
