The second annual Tour d’ Plain cycling event will take place on Saturday April 30 and Sunday May 1, through Mitchell’s Plain and Khayelitsha, starting at the Lentegeur Psychiatric Hospital and finishing at the Strandfontein Pavilion. It consists of a 50km, 20km and a 3km junior tour. See story on page 27
