Runners representing clubs in Mitchell’s Plain, including Titans Athletic Club, Stragglers and beyond, were among the hundreds who braved early morning showers in last week’s Freedom Day 6km and 10km race in Langa to celebrate the birth of the country’s democracy and Langa’s 100th anniversary.
