Women’s Day with Portland Watch Committee of Block C

■ The Portland Watch Committee of Block C, chaired by Alfred Hendricks, held a Women’s Day event on Wednesday August 9. At the event were members of the Mitchell’s Plain Community Police Forum, ward councillor Eddie Andrews and members of Ethel’s Place. The block thanked everyone involved in making the event a success.
