About 200 senior citizens were treated to lunch at Beacon Valley community hall on Valentine’s Day, Wednesday February 14. Solomon Philander, councillor for Ward 79, distributed buckets in support of water-saving measures and dished up a hearty meal.
The Plainsman was established in 1980. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres the Promenade Mall and Town Centre Shopping Centre within its distribution area.
