The Mafia Man 2.0

Danielle Johannes, 15, from Beacon Valley, wrote, produced and directed The Mafia Man 2.0, which pupils at Oval North Technical High School in Beacon Valley staged on Saturday July 20 at their school hall. The story stemmed from her book, published online, called The Mafia Man. She adjusted the play to be more relevant to youth as the original piece had adults in it. It’s about a young girl who falls in love with a young boy but cannot have a romantic love story. “My family is my biggest inspiration next to reading as many books as I can.
