Tut tut comes to mind when I read how representatives of some companies respond
to you (“Mountaineer has no freedom to roam, Off My Trolley, July 3).
No matter that they feel aggrieved, the perception one gets from their downright rude responses is tantamount to shooting themselves in the foot. Who would want to deal with businesses like them? Have they not heard of public relations?
