Watch:Marching for a violence-free heritage

■ Beacon Hill High School and Shot Community Drill Squad from Beacon Valley had their second annual Heritage Day march on Monday September 24 to take a stand against gangsterism, drug abuse, women abuse, child abuse and crime in communities. Sharon Isaacs and Towayba Barnes from Beacon Valley are the founders of this initiative. “It’s important that we make people aware of what is happening in our communities as too much of these social ills are taking over our lives especially our young people, we will continue to fight,” said Ms Isaacs.
