Sub-council 23 staff ran a soup kitchen at the Lentegeur Sub-council office on Mandela Day, Tuesday July 18. As part of their 67 minutes in service to their community, staff joined hands with youth to prepare the ingredients for the soup which was donated by a local supermarket.
