Stand-up comedian Wayne McKay, has a new, one-man show, The New Normal, in which Wayne gives a hilarious take on life during Covid-19, figuring out how to operate Zoom, masking while driving and why 2020 was just not so “Twenty Plenty”.
The show is at Mesopotamia restaurant, at 36 Burg Street in the city centre, on Friday November 27, at 7pm, and is in collaboration with the Cancer Association of South Africa.
Strict level 1 Covid-19 protocols will be in place – no mask, no entry and limited tickets will be available. Ticket prices are R150 (restaurant) and R65 (online). Restaurant bookings are essential, call 071 877 0440 and book online tickets on Quicket. There is a PG 2-13 rating.
