Members of Strandfontein RFC wasted no time putting the balls and other equipment donated to the club by Unchain The Plain to good use, during a training session at the Strandfontein sportsfield, at the weekend,

The two are among a number of girls who were introduced to the game while at Princeton and Westridge High by their former mentor, the late Shafiek Murphy, who died last year.
