Thousands of runners representing clubs from across the city and beyond took part in this years Cape Peninsula Marathon. The race finished in Simons Town with the 42.2km marathon starting at Green Point and the 21.1half marathon starting in Bergvliet.

Thousands of runners representing clubs from across the city and beyond took part in this years Cape Peninsula Marathon. The race finished in Simons Town with the 42.2km marathon starting at Green Point and the 21.1half marathon starting in Bergvliet.

ARD Athletics Clubs Faizel Haroon and Theodore Chippendale looking strong as the race gets tougher. They beat the five-hour mark by just under two minutes.

With the finish line within reach, Mitchells Plain Titans Athletic Clubs Khulu Nhleko decides to take a walk. He finished the race in 4hr48mins.
