Eastridge children were entertained with dance, a jumping castle, games and rides at a park in Cycad Road on Mandela Day, Monday July 18.
Skye’s Wooden Spoon Feeding scheme co-founders Radiant Sasman and Zita Petersen, donors and partners had been hard at work to entertain, feed and educate as a service to the community.
Invisible Hands, a charity organisation, cooked and donated the food. They try to reach out and make a difference in communities. They accept all donations.
The scheme recently started a dance club at Town Centre library, in Eastridge, which has youth from all ages moving to the beat and understanding their bodies.
