The disappearance of Eastville Primary School pupil Lunamandla Sitonga, 12, is being investigated as a suspected kidnapping by the Mitchells Plain Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FSC) Unit.
Lunamandla, from Khayelitsha, was last seen on Thursday July 9 when she was dropped off at Eastville Primary School in Eastridge, said provincial SAPS spokesman Colonel Andre Traut.
She went missing some time between 8:15am and 2:15pm and was wearing her red Eastville Primary uniform when she was last seen.
