Members of the Extreme Fitness Club ended the month of love with a Valentine’s Day-themed meeting on Monday February 27. The group of women meet for an hour of exercises and motivation at Tafelsig Community Centre, Olifantshoek Street, from Monday to Thursday, at 9am. Call Gloria Baartman at 072 226 2922 for details.
