Members of Portland Block B neighbourhood watch distributed about 800 cups of soup and bread to people standing in queues at Mitchell’s Plain Community Health Centre and at the Mitchell’s Plain South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) office from 4am on Monday April 5.
The Plainsman was established in 1980. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres the Promenade Mall and Town Centre Shopping Centre within its distribution area.
