The Spine Road High School class of 1996 held a reunion at the school on Saturday October 8. They celebrated their 20-year matric reunion in style, with dance, karaoke, and a speech by principal Riyaadh Najaar. The theme of the night was Masked Ball, and the hosts were Melany Kuyk and Anwar Alexander. Entertainment was provided by Step Up Dance Studio, Jody and Stacey from the Supersonics and there was a dance routine by Ra-ees Adonis. A special dedication was made and a minute of silence observed was done for those who had passed away. The event had been in planning since February by Riezqah Adams, who will also be planning a family day soon.
