A youth development group came out tops when they took part in the Keep the Dream Competition last month.
Rosebuds Youth Development took first place in the Nederland category, and second place in the comic and senior categories, as well as the combined category.
“With a strong commitment to uplifting the community, Rosebuds Youth Development aims to establish a music school and offer sewing classes in the near future in support of this goal,” said member Toufa Abrahams.
They’re currently in the process of registering their development as it has impacted those they help, they told the Plainsman.
