The Western Cape Blood Service (WCBS) is currently hosting a temporary blood donation clinic at Liberty Promenade Shopping Mall, near entrance three, opposite Standard Bank.
This temporary clinic opened on Tuesday December 1 and will be open until Monday January 25.
To be able to donate blood one needs to be between the ages of 16 to 75; weigh 50kg or more; be in good health and lead a safe sexual lifestyle.
The operating hours from Monday to Fridays are from 10am to 5:45pm. Saturdays they operate from 9am to 2:45pm.
On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve they will work from 9am to 1:45pm. They will be closed on Christmas day and New Year’s day.
