New leadership

The newly elected Strandfontein Ratepayers’ Association committee members, are secretary Stuart Smith, treasurer Chris Paulsen, chairman Mario Oostendurp, vice-chairman Quintin Griffith and assistant secretary Michele Goodman. They were elected at the annual general meeting on Wednesday September 25. Their to-do list includes amending the constitution to include residents and not just ratepayers and engaging with the City of Cape Town on service delivery matters and the imminent housing development of Erf 1212 (“Big hopes for houses”, Plainsman, September 11).
