arms Liquor and Second Hand Goods Control (FLASH) department, at a sports bar in Westridge, on Wednesday June 26.
Captain Sam Nassan spoke to the traders about the requirements they needed to meet. The department regulates the micro-manufacturing, retail and consumption of liquor. They meet every three months and notifications, contributions and requests to be added to the agenda must be sent in two weeks before the meeting.
