Clamping down on social ills pervading their neighbourhood, residents of Westridge have converted a dumping hot spot into a veggie garden in Guernsey Close. They received equipment, including a wheel barrow, rakes, spades, a hosepipe and a sprinkler from Ward 78 councillor, Eddie Andrews, on Tuesday July 19. Resident Jonathan Cottle and other members of the community look after the garden.
