A group of unemployed Mitchell’s Plain youths recently completed their four-day basic barista training at the Blaqpearl Foundation Youth Café in the Town Centre. Participants learned how to make basic latte art patterns and the art of manual coffee brewing to achieve the perfect balanced cuppa.
