The police are investigating four men who were caught by City of Cape Town law enforcement Marine Unit officers dumping three bodies at Strandfontein Beach yesterday morning.
The Marine Unit officers were patrolling along Lukannon Drive in the Bayview section of Strandfontein yesterday, Tuesday March 31 at about 7am, when they spotted a bakkie on the beach directly opposite Nautilus Way.
They observed four men walking towards the beach.
Officers monitored the vehicle and approached the group. They found the bodies of two adult men covered with blankets. Further investigation revealed the body of a third man in the bakkie.
It is reported that the bodies had gunshot and stab wounds.
The four suspects were immediately arrested and the crime scene handed over to SAPS.
