The 16th annual DStv Kyknet Mitchell’s Plain Festival, in association with Heart FM and the Plainsman, certainly lived up to expectations, offering festival-goers a feast of fun, culinary delights and of course, a bumper line-up of local artists and TV celebrities. Organisers of the event, at Westridge Gardens at the weekend, said this year’s showcase attracted more than 25 000 festies.
