ENSafrica will be hosting a free series of online family law sessions on the Microsoft Teams meeting platform during June.
Today, Wednesday June 3, at 10am ProBono.Org will be addressing the topic “Access, Custody, The Role of the Family Advocate and Parental Rights and Responsibilities”.
Thabiso Sefara, from ENSafrica, will be addressing the topic “Gender Based Violence and Domestic Violence”, on Wednesday June 10, at 10am.
Rori Francke, from ENSafrica, and Andrea-Joy Jantjies Latin Legum Magister (LLM), which means Master of Laws student at the University of the Western Cape, will be discussing “marriage and divorce” on Wednesday June 17, at 10am.
This series is a collaboration with ProBono.Org
Another series in collaboration with the Cape Chamber of Commerce includes the following sessions: “Competition law and fairness in the economy – benefits for small businesses”
will be dealt with by Lizel Blignaut, from ENSafrica, on Thursday June 9, at 11am.
On Tuesday June 23, at 11am, Kelle Gagne, ENSafrica, will be discussing the “National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act”.
“Civic services and immigration” will be dealt with by Zahida Ebrahim, from ENSafrica on Monday June at 10am.
