Megan Jackson, 11, Keena Jackson, 10, Wade Conrad, 11, Keisha Williams, 9, Chloe Julie, 8, and Adrian Jaftha, 12, all from Portland, took part in a “Reading is Fun” weeklong holiday programme at Christ the Mediator Church Anglican Church, in Portland, on Thursday October 3. They were tasked with dressing up in their favourite book characters but using recycled materials.
The Plainsman was established in 1980. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres the Promenade Mall and Town Centre Shopping Centre within its distribution area.
