UCT’s drama department is presents All of it, Everything, Now, Together, a new piece by Francesco Nassimbeni, until Sunday February 19 at UCT Hiddingh Campus, 37 Orange Street, at 8pm.
The cast includes Naledi Majola, Andi Colombo, Tailyn Ramsamy, Siphesihle Mnganga and Bianca Oosthuizen, accompanied by Kanya Viljoen, and the aesthetics are by Heath Nash. Direction and musical score is by Nassimbeni who weaves drama, design, music and poetry to produce pieces described as tone poems and visual music. Nassimbeni is a theatre-maker, designer, writer and arts educator.
All of it, Everything, Now, Together concludes his study on visuality in performance at UCT and is an experiment in how graphic design can express itself through the medium of performance.
